Surcharge on Non-Payment of Fees
Payment is due by the first day of each term. A late payment surcharge will be levied at the rate of 2% per month on overdue accounts.
Facilities for bank transfer and credit/debit card payments are also available. Further details are available from the Bursar.
A full term's notice in writing to the Headmaster is required before a pupil is removed; failing such notice a full term's fees are payable. Similar notice is required if an 'extra' e.g. music tuition, is to be discontinued.
Scholarships and Bursaries
Details regarding scholarships and bursaries are available on request and links are at the bottom of this page. Applications for scholarships are invited annually, usually towards the end of the Lent term.
£50 for UK Nationals, £100 for Overseas/International. Non-returnable.
£1000 (or £1500 for non-UK bank account holders) which will be refunded on the invoice at the end of the child's final term at the school, less any outstanding charges.
Wellesley House is a Tier 4 (Child) Sponsor with the UK Border Agency and is happy to sponsor visa applications from non-EU pupils. In accordance with the UKVI guidelines, parents of overseas pupils may be required to pay between one and three terms' fees in advance before an online Certificate of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is completed.

Archery, Boxing, Music, Carpentry, Ceramics, Cricket Coaching, Fitness, Tennis, Shooting, Judo, Golf, Dancing (Ballet, Jazz, Tap), LAMDA lessons, Modelling, Needlework, Photography, Riding, Sailing, Scrap Booking, Scuba, Squash, Swimming. The current charges for 'extras' are sent to parents at the end of each term for them to select activities for the following term.
